How to close or reopen your IWantClips store
Contact IWantClips support when you want to take your store offline, close it, or reopen it. Explain the result you need so the team can distinguish a temporary public absence from account closure.
Taking a store offline
An offline store is hidden from public browsing while you retain account access. This can be useful when you need a break without treating the account as permanently finished.
Before stepping away, review outstanding custom orders, scheduled messages, and any advertised availability. Changing your store's visibility does not explain an existing order delay to its customer.
Remaining earnings
According to the platform's closure guidance, a remaining balance that meets the payout minimum is handled on the normal payment schedule. Closing a store does not create an immediate payout.
A balance below the minimum is not paid out just because the store closes. The guidance says that balance can become available again if you reopen the same account. Ask support about your account's balance and payment status before making assumptions about a final payment.
Previously purchased content
Customers may retain access to content they already bought after a store closes. Closure is not a way to recall downloaded files or automatically refund previous purchases.
When requesting reopening, identify the original store. Confirm its status and settings before telling customers that sales or services have resumed.
