How to block customers and locations on IWantClips
IWantClips provides blocking controls for individual customers and locations. Check the selected features when creating a block: restricting one service does not necessarily restrict every way someone can interact with you.
Choose what to block
The blocking tools support identifiers such as a username, email address, or IP address, along with location-based restrictions. Location options include geographic areas and ZIP codes.
Use the most appropriate option for the problem. A named customer's unwanted messages and a broad location restriction are different situations.
Select the affected services
Review the feature checkboxes before saving. Available restrictions can cover areas such as your store, custom orders, phone services, tips, and messages.
For example, a messaging block should not be assumed to hide your whole store. Likewise, setting a store restriction is not a reason to assume every connected phone or messaging feature has been covered.
Check the saved restriction
Confirm that the intended identifier, location, and features appear correctly after saving. If unwanted contact continues, check which service the person is using and whether that service was included.
Location and IP controls have practical limits and should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular person can never find public material. Keep identifying information out of public descriptions and backgrounds.
For harassment or a block that does not behave as expected, contact platform support with the relevant username, dates, and message details.
