Get started as a Chaturbate creator
Creating a Chaturbate account is free. To receive tokens as a broadcaster, you must complete creator age verification and have the account approved.
Prepare your account
- 1.Create an account and secure it with a unique password.
- 2.Complete the age-verification application.
- 3.Add any other performers through the required approval process before they appear.
- 4.Fill out your bio and review Settings & Privacy, including location blocking, chat controls, and private-show settings.
Use a creator identity and profile information you are comfortable making public. A public room can be watched by people you do not recognize.
Test your first stream
Open Broadcast Yourself and choose either the browser broadcaster or an external encoder such as OBS. Select the camera and microphone you intend to use, then check your lighting, sound, connection, and background.
Start with a quality setting your connection can sustain. A stable picture and clear sound are more useful than a higher resolution that repeatedly freezes.
Understand earnings before accepting requests
Viewers can tip verified creators with tokens. Paid private shows, a fan club, and uploaded media provide additional options once you have configured them.
Check the controls and prices before advertising a paid feature. Tokens you earn, tokens you convert, and cash already paid out are separate stages; your account's balance and payment records explain where earnings currently sit.
