Check a missing Chaturbate referral reward

A referral reward depends on both successful attribution and the rules of the selected program. A click, signup, or broadcaster registration alone may not complete the requirements.

Check the link and program

Make sure you shared the tracked link from your account's Link Codes page. A normal Chaturbate room address may not include the information needed to credit a referral.

Confirm which reward you expected: revenue sharing, a signup reward, or a qualifying-broadcaster bonus. These use different conditions and cannot be checked against one universal bonus rule.

Check eligibility and activity

Review whether the person was a new user under the program's terms and whether they completed the required qualifying action. Existing accounts, attribution to another referral, unsupported traffic, or unmet earnings requirements can affect the result.

Do not assume every visitor receives the same geographic rate or that all referrals qualify for the maximum advertised amount.

Ask support about a specific case

Use your referral statistics to identify the missing event. Send support your username, the referral link used, the approximate date, the program, and the relevant referred username where appropriate.

Do not request the person's password, login codes, or private payment details. Ask support to check attribution and qualification rather than promising the referred person a reward before it is confirmed.
