What to do when a Chaturbate payout has not arrived

First establish whether a payment was generated, whether it was sent, and whether the receiving service has delivered it. These are separate events.

Review your account records

Check the relevant earning period or daily request, the converted amount, and any payout notification. Common reasons no payment was generated include unconverted tokens, a balance below the minimum, a higher custom threshold, or conversion falling into the next period.

Review the saved recipient and payment details too. Correcting them now may help a future payment, but it does not necessarily alter a transfer already sent.

Check the delivery stage

Allow the method's processing and delivery window, including weekends and holidays. If Chaturbate confirms dispatch, ask the receiving bank or payment service whether it can trace the transfer using the supplied reference.

A daily request disappearing from a processing display is not proof of receipt. Request confirmation of the actual transfer status if the funds are missing.

Contact support with one clear record

Include your username, each missing amount, request or period dates, payment method, references, and any dispatch notification. Ask whether the payments are pending, sent, failed, or returned.

Failed payments may be added back after Chaturbate receives the return. For a missing check, coordinate cancellation or reissue through support and do not deposit a canceled original.

Keep follow-ups together where possible so the payment history remains easy to review. Never send your password or full sensitive banking credentials in an ordinary message.
