Why Chaturbate's Amount Available can show $0.00

The Amount Available field for daily payouts refers to converted cash available for that request. It is not simply another display of every token you have earned.

Check conversion first

Open Token Stats and check whether the tokens were converted. For independent creators, tokens must be converted before they appear as cash available to request through the daily payout feature.

If you still hold the tokens, use the conversion control for the amount you intend to cash out, then review the available amount again.

Check where the money is recorded

If conversion has already happened, review your earnings and payment records for a pending or processed request. Do not assume a zero available balance proves that money has reached the receiving bank or service.

If a request has disappeared from a processing display but you have not received the funds, contact support with the request dates, amounts, method, and any payment references. Ask for the actual status of each transfer.

Studio-linked accounts

A studio account can move earnings through the studio pool rather than allowing personal conversion and native daily payouts. Follow your studio's payment process instead of repeatedly trying the independent-creator conversion steps.

Do not convert more tokens merely to test a missing payment. First identify what happened to the original amount.
