How to Change Your Chaturbate Username

Chaturbate directs username-change requests to support. Choose an available name using letters, numbers, and underscores, and explain which account you want to rename.

Check the proposed name

Opening the proposed room address can help identify an existing profile. An apparent 404 is only a preliminary check; support must confirm the name is available and permitted.

Avoid a name tied to your personal identity if you want to keep your work separate from personal accounts.

Decide about the old room address

Tell support whether you want the old username's URL to redirect to the new room. Without a redirect, visitors following an old link can receive a page-not-found error.

Consider links in social profiles, saved bookmarks, and promotional material before making that choice. After approval, review your external links and any connected service records so people can still find the intended account.

Do not create another account expecting it automatically inherits your followers, history, or NEW tag.
