Add a DMCA badge to your Chaturbate stream in OBS

A DMCA badge can appear as an image overlay in OBS. It signals a copyright notice to viewers, but it does not stop screen recording or automatically remove unauthorized copies.

Add the image

  1. 1.Obtain the badge image from the badge provider and check its usage requirements. Chaturbate links to DMCA.com's badge page.
  2. 2.In OBS, select the scene used for your broadcast.
  3. 3.In Sources, select + → Image.
  4. 4.Give the source a clear name, select the downloaded image, and confirm.
  5. 5.Resize and position the badge in the preview.

Keep it readable without covering important parts of the picture. Check the scene you actually send to Chaturbate, since adding an image to a different scene will not display it in your live output.

If someone copies your content

A visible badge is separate from a takedown request. Save the specific URLs containing the copied material and use Chaturbate's DMCA support process where applicable. Do not assume displaying the badge registers a claim or guarantees removal.
