Set up offline private-show requests on CAM4

Offline Private Shows let eligible viewers request a session during the availability you publish, even when you are not actively broadcasting. A live-show calendar entry announces a planned broadcast; it is separate from the availability and pricing for offline private-show requests.

Set availability and prices

Open Broadcaster Dashboard → Private Show Settings. In Private Show Availability, choose days and up to three time intervals per day, then save. Configured availability appears on your profile automatically.

Review Pricing separately and save the intended offer. Availability is not a paid booking or a promise to accept every request.

Configure notifications

The documented channels are browser, C4 app, email, and SMS. Set up the channels you want and complete their permissions or verification.

Adding availability automatically enables C4 app notifications. Email delivery also depends on account-notification preferences. For browser notifications on iOS, CAM4 describes adding the web app to the home screen and opening it there.

Check actual delivery before relying on notifications. No channel guarantees every request reaches you immediately.

Update or remove availability when plans change. CAM4 says guest or anonymous users do not see the OPS option, so a missing button is not necessarily a fault in your setup.
