Connect a Lovense device for CAM4

Choose the setup that matches how you broadcast. CAM4 documents both a browser-extension route and direct pairing within the C4 app.

Browser and phone route

Get the current extension and Lovense Connect from the official Lovense download and setup resources.

In Lovense Connect, turn on Bluetooth and add the powered-on device through the Toys tab. In the extension's Toy Status area, choose Connect by mobile. Use Lovense Connect's Accounts scanner to scan that QR code and confirm the device appears in the extension.

Select CAM4 in the extension and configure its tip levels. Check the device reaction before relying on it during a show.

C4 app pairing

Turn on the compatible device and open the app's settings. Enable its Lovense connection, select the detected device, and wait for pairing confirmation.

Check required Bluetooth or nearby-device permissions if discovery fails. A device connected elsewhere may need to be disconnected from that other setup first.

Do not assume that one pairing method automatically configures another app. Keep the device charged, confirm the active connection, and use current official software rather than an old direct installer link.
