Check the network restriction

The site's shortcode is categorized as an adult service. A mobile provider's adult-content or shortcode restriction can prevent receipt or replies, even when ordinary texts work.

Ask your provider to check the relevant restriction and any charge or sending limitation. A booking reminder arriving does not prove every service message is permitted.

Retry after the restriction is resolved

AdultWork's guidance says to remove and save the number in Edit Profile, then enter and save it again before requesting another verification code. Follow the current account process carefully rather than repeatedly requesting codes while the network block remains.

Reply exactly as instructed when the message arrives. If it still fails, tell support the country, network, number format, and exact error without posting the number publicly.
