Why You Are Not on AdultWork's Referral Leaderboard

The referral report and leaderboard do not necessarily use the same period or qualifying events.

AdultWork's guidance says the Referrals Leaderboard looks at the previous 30 days. Registrations shown in a monthly report may relate to members first referred in an earlier period.

Compare the date basis

Check the referral's original timing rather than only when an activity appears under a registration heading. A click, signup, and qualifying purchase are different measures.

If the records remain unclear, ask support about the specific reporting period and referral entry. Do not assume the missing leaderboard position means an earning is missing from the Credits Statement.

Use the scheme's current terms for rewards; appearing in a report does not establish a guaranteed prize or payout.
