How AdultWork Movie Buying and Renting Work

AdultWork's movie guidance says rental and purchase options are enabled by default. Check each clip's settings in your Movie Library before relying on automatic prices.

Rental access

A rental gives temporary viewing access for the movie's running time plus 15 minutes. It is not the same as buying ongoing access.

Purchase pricing

AdultWork describes a default buy price of 2.5 times the rental price, adjustable up to five times the rental price in the Movie Library.

For example, a two-credit rental would produce a five-credit default purchase price under that calculation. Review the actual saved price rather than assuming every existing clip uses the default.

You can disable the purchase option under Movie Monetisation.

What purchased access means

AdultWork describes ongoing access without a rental expiry, but says it ends if the movie is deleted from the profile. Avoid promising unconditional lifetime availability when deciding how to describe your library.
