Why You May Not Appear on the DirectChat Mini-Site

AdultWork's guidance says the DirectChat mini-site shows only 50 profiles at a time. Not seeing yours on a particular page view does not prove the account is inactive.

Check the relevant settings

Confirm that Phone Chat and DirectChat are configured and that you show as Available Now. DirectChat positioning only displays participating profiles while they are available.

The listing also uses ordering rules, including paid positioning and profile-category preferences. It is not a complete directory of every configured account.

If the profile is still missing

Check whether your own profile opens directly and whether the service link appears. If the configuration looks correct, report the listing page, time, and status to support.

Do not purchase another promotion merely to test whether the account exists. First distinguish normal listing selection from a verification, availability, or service-setup problem.
